BingXue is a globally recognised tea and ice cream brand originating from China, with over 4,500 outlets worldwide. Known for its signature $1 soft-serve ice cream, affordable beverages, and high-volume traffic model, BingXue launched in Singapore in 2024 and has since grown to over 11 outlets across the island — with more opening in 2026.
NutriSmart Group Pte Ltd is the exclusive Master Franchisee for BingXue in Singapore, responsible for all franchise onboarding, operations support, and brand standards on behalf of the BingXue global headquarters
As of early 2026, BingXue Singapore operates over 11 outlets across major shopping malls and heartland locations, with further expansion planned throughout the year including a new outlet at Lot One Shoppers' Mall in April 2026.
Costs & Fees
The estimated total startup investment for a BingXue Singapore franchise is SGD 80,000 to SGD 120,000. This covers the franchise licence fee, equipment, renovation, initial inventory, and training. The exact amount varies depending on location size and fit-out requirements.
No. BingXue Singapore charges zero royalty fees. There are no ongoing percentage-of-sales deductions. Instead, franchisees operate under a material supply agreement — you purchase ingredients and supplies through NutriSmart Group, ensuring consistent product quality across all outlets. This model keeps your operating costs predictable and your margins intact
Training & Support
NutriSmart Group provides end-to-end support across four key areas:
• Staff Training & SOP — comprehensive onboarding covering product preparation, customer service, and daily operations.
• Location Scouting Assistance — guidance on site selection, footfall assessment, and landlord negotiations.
• Marketing & Social Media Support — access to brand content, campaign assets, and social media guidance to drive awareness and footfall.
• Inventory & Supply Chain Management — streamlined ordering and fulfilment through NutriSmart Group's centralised supply system.
F&B experience is preferred but not required. BingXue's model is designed to be operationally accessible — our comprehensive SOP and training programme equips franchisees with everything needed to run a successful outlet from day one.
The standard franchise term is 3 years, with renewal options subject to performance and agreement terms
Returns & Profitability
Based on current outlet performance, franchisees can typically expect to recover their initial investment within 12 to 18 months. This is subject to location, foot traffic, and operational efficiency. NutriSmart Group will discuss outlet-level projections with serious applicants during the consultation process.
